"Olaf and Korrina took our listing after over a month of for-sale-by-owner open houses and listings on Craigslist and Zillow. They actively marketed our home and hosted open houses frequently during the very short listing time (less than two months!!). When our eventual buyer began showing interest, Korrina and Olaf worked diligently to find answers to questions, schedule necessary inspections and continually communicated with us about the progress. When the offer was made and accepted, they continued to offer assistance all the way through to the title company signing. We even got a house warming basket at our new home!" -Mellani & Cesar Eugene, OR
"I first met Mr. Olaf Junge when I bought the home I currently occupy. He represented the sellers. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Junge's professionalism, his attention to the needs of prospective purchasers', and his pleasant demeanor. -John & Belva Eugene, OR
"After Experiencing 25-30 unprofessional Realtors in the Eugene area, we worked with Olaf and Korrina and can safely say they are the absolute best in the Eugene area! They work hard, are honest, follow up on all issues, and are a blessing to work with, without exception." -Doreen and Bruce Eugene, OR
"Olaf was very helpful. He graciously accomodated house tours for us that worked around our busy schedule, but most important to us, he never put too much pressure on the sale & we appreciated that. He was honest & gave us great feedback about real estate. I would highly recommend him to friends." -Brie & Barney Veneta, OR
"Not quite ready to purchase my first home, I began looking anyways… so in November 2008 I went to my first open house. I was greeted by the nicest couple, Olaf and Korrina Junge, whom I later dubbed “The Tag Team”. The Junges were very personable and knowledgeable about the housing market; they seemed to be seasoned professionals. I left my phone number and email address so that I could be added to their mailing list. By the time I left that open house event, I knew that they were the people I wanted to help me when I was ready to buy my first home.
By January of 2009 I was pre-approved and prepared to actively look at houses. I called Korrina about one of her listings and wha-la the search began. I’m sure I was quite a “case” for the Junge’s because at the time I was juggling a full time job, I was a part-time college student and I was in the process of adopting a child…to say the least I was quite busy. In addition to that, Korrina was expecting a baby in February. But none of this interfered with my search – we all stayed in touch and somehow it all worked out. If I called Korrina and she didn’t respond, Olaf would and vice-versa. If Olaf couldn’t show me a house on a particular day, then Korrina would…seriously, the “Tag Team” was in full effect! Now, if you don’t think it can happen for you – think again. With the Junge Tag Team, it can happen. By the end of January I had made my very 1st offer on a 4 bedroom tandem home that I absolutely fell in love with. I was convinced that this was going to be my first home - each room was painted a different (bright) color, the location was ideal and I thought it was totally for me! But once the offer was submitted, I was a total mess! It was about 30 degrees outside and I was in a full body sweat, I had an upset stomach, I called my friend in tears and the nerves kept me up all night long. Then two days before Korrina was due to deliver her baby we all went shopping for carpet and flooring selections. Even at this point I was an emotional mess; it was mind-boggling. Later that night, at around 11pm I got a text message from Korrina, who was in the hospital, hours away from delivery and she was consoling me! She told ME not to stress out; she told me to leave all the worrying to her and Olaf and finally she assured me that the “fun” part had only just begun. Sadly, a few days later, I was informed that another offer was accepted and I did not get the house. But never mind that, with baby in tow, and only a few days later, Korrina was showing me another house! Over the next few months I made at least 5 more offers on other properties. With each offer came the disappointment that another buyer had outbid me – the housing market was on fire. Eventually, I gave up and by the end of March I had no more desire to purchase my first home in Eugene; I had even considered moving out of the state. I told Korrina that I was no longer interested in looking for a house; I had given up completely. But the MLS listings kept coming. Korrina assured me that we should keep looking and that eventually “we would find me a house that I would love”. And then it happened – I found a property in Springfield that most people were sure to stay away from; it was structurally sound, but inside was a complete and total mess. The ad read “light housekeepers”, that was an understatement, but at this point I was conditioned to look past that. By April of 2009, I made yet another offer on the Springfield property, the offer was accepted and I went into escrow. The series of events that followed are my true testament of how I bought my first home: On inspection day, the tenants who were living in the home locked us out; the second attempt was more successful, but whew, there were multiple repairs that needed to be done in order for me to secure FHA financing. There were at least 14 people residing in the home and combined they had about 2 tons of “stuff” in the house! While I was busy taking classes and getting prepared to adopt my child, I trusted the owner to make all necessary repairs, which he did. Once again, I picked out flooring and carpet, this time there were no tears, no sweat and no nausea. I was fortunate enough to have the Tag Team as my realtors because they monitored all progress for me; I trusted them. I was told that the cleanup crew had to make at least 5 trips to the dump for all the “stuff” that was removed. Eventually, the house was painted, carpet was laid, the inspector approved all repairs and the appraiser gave his thumbs up and then one day it happened! Finally, two months after I went into escrow, I was sitting in the title company signing papers – I emerged a first-time homeowner. Korrina was right, I did find a house and I love it! I’m all moved in and as I write this testimonial I am planning my housewarming party. I want to personally thank Hybrid Real Estate for hiring such a great team of realtors – they really are a Tag Team, so if you’re looking to purchase a home, call Hybrid, ask for Olaf and if he doesn’t call you back, I promise Korrina will! -Holli Springfield, OR "I am pleased to take this opportunity to write this letter of reference and recommendation for Olaf and Korrina Junge of Hybrid Real Estate.
I have personally and professionally known the Junge’s for over six years and have had the pleasure to utilize their professional services several times during the last several years. Most recently, we have engaged the Junge’s as the Credit Union’s agent for the listing of a property in the Veneta area. Prior to this listing, I have utilized the knowledge and expertise that they offer for a variety of services in the real estate field. I first became acquainted with the Junge’s as members of the Register-Guard Federal Credit Union. Their membership stretches back over 25 years and they have always been active and participating members of the Credit Union. Their history with us has been extraordinary and we are pleased to be able to be the provider of their financial services. Over the last six years, I have appreciated and valued their membership as they are prudent individuals with integrity and honesty that speaks volumes about who they are and how they conduct themselves and their business. During these challenging economic times, the Credit Union is working with several members who are struggling with their mortgage payments. Not unlike many in our industry, we had the unfortunate task of having to purchase a member’s property at the foreclosure sale by their first mortgage holder. Prior to this decision, the Junge’s were of invaluable assistance in providing their professional expertise and knowledge of the market from both their mortgage brokerage experience and their extensive knowledge of the foreclosure process and market. Without their professional expertise, the Credit Union would definitely have been operating at a disadvantage. The Junge’s provided the insight we needed in navigating the process of foreclosures and subsequent sale of properties. That is why, without hesitation, the Register-Guard Federal Credit Union selected Hybrid Real Estate Services for listing of the Credit Union owned property. From the moment we discussed our strategy and signed our agreement, they were in action. They immediately toured the property, obtained comparable sales, took photos and had the listing up and on their website within 24 hours! Their actions exceeded my expectations. They had their sign posted and an open house immediately and were in constant communication with me from day one. I really appreciated their attention to detail. They didn’t just list the house, they checked the details, reviewed the listing and offered suggestions and ideas on how the home could show better and what we could do to keep our costs down but yet keep the home looking presentable. Their website (http://www.lanecountyoregonrealestate.com/home.asp) is second to none. The virtual tour that they provide at Hustonrd.com along with announcements of the open house was certainly a surprise and feature I have not seen elsewhere. The graphics are professional and they pay attention to the details. Additionally, they provided us access to market information at: http://www.marketsnapshot.info which was very interesting and informative. Throughout the listing and sales process, the Junge’s have made this process very easy and of little work for the Credit Union. They are in contact as needed, keep me updated weekly as to the status of the listing and are forthright in the assessment of the property. They monitor the active market and after have spent over 10 years in the real estate market; they have the essential contacts and knowledge that is demanded in today’s real estate field. There is without a doubt a wide array of real agents in our market. So, how do you select the agent that is right for your organization? It is without hesitation that I would recommend the Junge’s personally and professionally as well as their real estate firm. Hybrid Real Estate to serve as a trusted business partner and extension of your credit union. They understand the real estate and foreclosure markets and have a strong commitment to our community. Without a doubt, they understand credit unions and it is with confidence and trust that we selected the Junge’s as our business partner. I would be pleased to any questions you may have regarding the Junge’s and their business relationship with the Register-Guard Federal Credit Union so please feel free to call me at 541-988-9059." -Carolyn J.
